Tenants Screening
Ok in short I never dealt with rental I always flipped my houses. But this one is not moving so I have to face reality and rent it. My question how do I screen for good tenants, how does the option lease to own work. And how much damage cost should I really expect from tenants. I completely renovated the house with the intention of selling so now I need to budget in rental damage cost.
