Tax Liens and Deed Sales
Soljah2129, I saw the link you entered for www.taxsales.com. They offer a per-state manual with info about tax liens and deed sales. It really does sound a little "too good to be true" (getting a property for a couple of thousad dollars). Each state manual is $79. In your opinion, is it worth the money?
