Where can I find information on phila. sub-dividing codes to build modular homes? Heres my situation:
8 unit building in phila. I want to knock it down and look into buliding modualr homes in this spot. Where can I find phila zoning codes for such a project. I have completed several rehabs but nothing like this. I hoping to be able to put 4 twins in the corners of this area. However, need to know where to find info such as lot requirments, offstreet parking, etc.

Lenders do care about DTI as well, so its a toss up, and I guess would depend on your current credit score, and current DTI which one is going to need improvement the most.
However, if you have a great credit score, and a bad DTI, you can simply go for a stated income loan, or match up with a lender that is more credit score driven for good results.
