I am still looking for someone in Pa who is interested in working will me, because my credit isn't to good and I have no money to invest I am looking for someone who is looking for properties. I want to start out bird dogging and flipping contract's BUT need help getting started and someone to show me from start to finish what need'

Do you have any deals in the waiting? perhaps that would be a good start. Also I would post my birdog services in the birdog forum. You need to have something for the investor to buy. Also if you want you can contact the seller of a property and setup a lease to own and charge a fee for that service. There are many creative ways to make the money. You don't need to have a completed deal signed and packaged up pretty the first time around. Bite off what you can, and learn as you go! The most important thing is to do something!
What do I need to start? I have never done this before? Could you help me on what steps to take and how it works?

If you put a contract on a property, make sure you have ways to back out legally. Contingencies on securing financing, upon inspection and upon the approval of your attorney will keep you from getting in trouble. Before you do anything though, you need to read and study and ask questions. There is a lot of great info here and in other places. Go for it!
