States Where the Pickins Are Good for OC and Other
Hey there: Our area doesn't offer o/c anymore. This means there is opportunity for me to do that, however, I still want to invest in up and coming areas showing growth potential across the nation and where I can get o/c or lease options more possibly. Thanks, Dezra

Hello Dezra, there is an old saying, there is more than one way to skin a cat. If owner carry does not work in your area then think of another way to purchase properties.
I really don't like the idea of managing property out of state. I like to be able to visit my units within a few miles travel.
Do some research to learn other ways to purchase property.
