State Tax Lien
Looking at a property that has a few liens on it. There is a person that performed repair labor totaling 23K and a second is two years of state revenue taxes totaling 43K. I assume the foreclosure will erase the FIFA lien placed by the laborer but what about the state lien. Would this be the same as an IRS lien and not be erased by the foreclosure?
