Does anyone know of a good turnkey system for tracking leads, having a web site to draw leads in and having an autoresponder to follow up etc. I am looking for a very good RE Investing marketing program. It must be modern and not a pain to administer.

Its a bit pricey $1900 each site, one for Buyers and one for Sellers, and a monthly fee of $59 I think. [Could get better deals at Conventions]
It is amazing how it tracks calls and there is a financial page to help determine how profitable your deal may be.
