Siding Job: Home Depot Vs Other Contractors
I got an estimate from Home Depot for siding with 0% financing for a year and free upgrade to the premium siding, aluminum nails and 3 inch insulation with lifetime warranty. Anybody have any experience with them good or bad. A contractor friend of mine said that he can beat home depot quote any time. HD says that nobody can beat there cost on materials. But labor is really 2/3 of the job anyway. Any feedback would be much appreciated. thank you

I agree with your understanding of the passage, but I am not an attorney (disclaimer). Either way, Maryland is forcing investors to get attorneys involved early and essentially weeding out large numbers investors. With all the requirements for a “consultant”, there is little room for a mistake.
