Short sale
I have attended a short sale seminar by Dawn and Sharon in Ohio. There system for short sale seems to the best on the market, but I have not made the money it cost to purchase their course(s) is there any other system that is available or books that give an outline on short sales?

There are plenty of deals to make offers on, but i choose these two deals because they are people I know.
