SHORT SALE SUCCESSES OR FAILURES?
Is there currently anybody out there that has had any success with short sales? I also would like to know of anybody that has not had too much good luck short saleing. Please give me some details of your short sale deals. Recently purchased Sharon and Dwans' shortsale materials....how do you like their materials? Please give me some feedback please. Thank you!!!!
In the last 15 years or so, I've worked shorts from the Lender's side, the Investor's side, and the Homeowner's side. About a year or two ago or so I started helping Brokers from across the USA list, market and sell via short sale. Too many to count.
I don't have all the answers, and I've learned that it's a dynamic process.
I've written about three or four of them in A Short Sale Primer, available on TCI. To members of TCI, I've included E-Consulting with it's purchase.
