Short Sale Price
Does anyone have an idea of what % of the BPO/appraisal lenders will accept? Perhaps someone knows of data showing a nationwide median % accepted.
It would also be enlightning to hear someone relate how a typical ss negotiation goes from the intial offer to the settlement price.
