Sherrif Sales In Philadelphia
Can anyone on this forum describe the scene at a philly sherrif sale for mortgage forclosures. I just need to know does the competion in bidding heat up and on average how much above the asking price would you say each property sells for.

I bet there is alot of competion in philly. Just take a day and go check out a couple houses and see what they go for.
