Shark Bait 5.0 Does It Work?
What is your experience with the Shark Bait software outside of California?
I can see where the mail manager portion is helpful, I am wondering how useful the program is and how difficult it is to run comps and determine values using the system. I am all about cutting down on the leg/paperwork end of things.

I would encourage yo to stay away from the product. I made the mistake of buying it last year. Very useless product. It requires you to regularly import comps for the last 3-6 months for the valuations to work. And all that is doing is breaking it down to cost per square foot for every subdivision then doing the math to give you a value. I recreated the entire process using Filemaker. Then i customized it to meet my unique needs.
