Seasoning Issue

cimlas7 profile photo

I have a situation where I am doing a double closing with a property that I short saled. Will I have any issues with my buyers bank, since I have only held title for a short amount of time?
Is there a better way to do this then to do a double closing? I need the double closing to send a HUD with short sale figures to the bank.

Also note, my buyer has fantastic credit low 800's and is receiving 100% financing.

Any help would be much appreciated and I am in Florida.

These are questions that the buyer's lender or broker could answer. Hopefully they are aware of this situation and are not wasting your time. You should insist on having the title work reviewed before moving forward. This is relieve you of much anxiety. I would rather have a yes or no anwer than be strung along.

There are many banks in Florida that would accept this deal!!!!!!!!!

    Good Luck

    Thank you Lori =)

Anyone know if there is another way of doing this deal that avoids the whole seasoning issue?
