Now that I have captured you attention I have a question: I just purchased a pre-foreclosure last month that has a nice chunck of equity... Now its time for me to get paid, Do any of you guys know of any lenders that will do a cash out refi with no seasoning requirements?

I found one that does 90% finance or refinance on 0 seasoned property so they are out there.

Entrust Mortgage will do up to 95 Investor full or stated doc with a t681 middle credit score.
