HAS ANYONE TRIED THE RUSS WHITNEY PROGRAM, I AM SIGNED UP TO TAKE THE WHOLESALE BUYING AND MU.
i am confused what to invest in. i am a first time RE investor and am looking for no money down deals, with probably seller financing, simultaneous closing, so i want to flip a property. any ideas and advice and where to go from here.

If you haven't already cancel the Whitney program. It is all upsell and fluff from what has been posted on many sites. I know someone that used to work there and it is bad news for people taking the seminars.
