Russ Whitney Question!
Does anybody know anything about this guy Russ Whitney? I'm in the Atlanta area and I saw a commercial about this program he offers where you buy houses at tax sales for very little money "free and clear".
Just wondering if anybody has heard of him!

To skirt any charge of defamation here, I'll just recommend you do a search engine search or two.
RW's been source of lots of mention in the REI world and suffice it to say, not all who've dealt with him have been totally pleased.
You know this forum used to offer a place where you talked about the "gurus" but I don't see it anymore.
