Riverside Investment Clubs
Hello all I'm new to this Creative Investing, and need some info on Pre-Foreclosures, and wanted to know if anyone knows of any investment clubs in or near the Riverside area. I've lined up and few investors as well as people interested in putting up cash, but no time to do the work, unlike myself. Guys, I'm in Upland, you're not too far. I'd be interested in hooking up. I've even been able to raise some OPM (other people's money) to go after deals in this area. Avoid Real Estate Investor's Club Of Los Angeles (realestateclub-la.com). The organizer charges for "eductational seminars" that are essentially sales pitches for more expensive $4000 seminars. I don't know what kind of kickbacks are going on but personally I find it insulting to have to pay to hear sales pitches. If there are any good real estate clubs that aren't just trying to make a buck off of high membership fees and sales pitches, I'd love to join.
I am based in OC but did some research out in Riverside 6 mo ago. I would be interested in participating in meetings and developing relationships for investing and flipping.
