There is no need to deal with the "smoke and mirrors" guys on a bulk purchase.
On this past Thursday I bought an REO house for $16K. I sold this same house to an investor 2 years ago for $60K.
The Lenders do not want the property. They are making individual deals in your home town.... why even consider buying in bulk all over the country and going thru all the hassels of out-of-town ownership?

80% of the BPO is as low as most banks will go for the average REO.
well what if you can buy them 30-40 cents on the dollar?
So, back to the original question. Who is buying the bulk REOs?
Does this company still buy product? and yes there are tapes over 100m I have seen four tapes at 1.5B that are legit and still for sale..
