REO Source/Site
I know this is a favorite topic and asked numerous times, but wanted to see what some of the pros would recommend.
What would be a good website for REO properties, something thats up to date and is either free or low cost.
Also what would be good for defaults or pre-foreclosures.
If anyone can post it on here or pm, that would be great

We are getting in more properties daily. In fact I am working on one customer that is going to be bringing in 300,000 more properties in the next upcoming weeks.
We also have another list aggregator that just specializes in REO properties that I talked with yesterday, that will be adding to the property database soon.
They specifically work with bank foreclosures, etc.
I think the individual lenders sites are the best.
I might have the in on some REO bulk packages....

Deed in Lieu of foreclosure is still reported to the credit bureau as a foreclosure. As far as the mortgagor is concerned, it is a foreclosure.
