Redemption In FL
Can anyone tell me how long the redemption period is in Florida? I heard it's 10 days after a mortgage foreclosure sale. I also heard it is until the court confirms the sale, however long that takes. Also, if you purchase a debtor's redemption rights and buy back the property, are the junior liens that were wiped off at auction then reinstated? Thanks in advance for any help.
