Recently Heard About Paritial Claim FHA

I was told that someone in foreclosure can fill out a partial claim package.

That after completeing and showing you have the income to make your payments.

That thjey will take all arrenges and put that at the end of the Mortgage and all you have to do is pay the attorneys fees!!

I don't really know who they is THe bank/lendor or FHA

any information on this could really help a few people I know.

    HUD provides special options for homeowners who need help in getting caught up on their mortgage payments. At one time, HUD would pay the lender to get the loan current an amount not to exceed 12 monthly payments. The Homeowner would then agree to pay HUD the amount of the 'catch-up' loan when the property was sold, the title was transferred, or the original mortgage was paid off.

    You mention at one time does Hud still do this and would this be consider a partial claim?
