Realtytrac Nod&Td Sales Info
Has anyone used this service and what do they think of it. i spoke to a rep there at Realtytrac and there telling me that they have updated lists everyday. For the price they charge thats hard to believe. Any Feedback ??? 
I used it for a few days using the free 7 day preview and found that is was not current...at least for my area in MI. Several of the properties listed had already been purchased, rehabbed and were listed again with a Real Estate agent...
Don't waste the money. Pay yourself and do the research.
