Well when one door closes another opens, Mrs Meltzer seems to know CA. I am in Virgina and have been in Georgia. Here there are services to buy from and the papers. call the local attorneys and ask who they advertise with, yes, it is a pain in the A--, but , it will be worth your time or just subscribe to a local service.
