Really Good Foreclosure In PA

cypherm123 profile photo

I have found a really good deal in PA, but I personally live in the DC metro area. Does anyone know some of the Penn laws reguarding foreclosures? Is PA a state in which the person who was foreclosed on has the ability to buy back the house?

Does anyone know of a really good real estate lawyer in PA?

Please help me!!

To my knowledge, PA does not have redememption for homeowners to buy back their house. It's a judicial foreclosure procedure.

Can't help with RE attorney, sorry.

    Best of luck.

when the sheriff says sold, it's sold. homeowner's have no chance at redemption. sales price must be paid I believe 10% down and balance in 10 days.

what county? I can possibly help with an attorney if I know what area
