RE: Foreclosure: Do Anyone Know ....?
Hello,
I would like to know if anyone knows of a company or someone who assist with foreclosures nationwide or can help the homeowner who wants to keep their home and does this service nationwide? I have an individual who is in need of assistance. I am in VA, however, they are in Richmond, Kentucky. They need assistance ASAP. I am not sure if I could do a short sale for them since I live in the VA area and cannot actually see the house unless they were to send pictures. They were suppose to have this other foreclosure consultant help them almost a month ago, they waited and the guy never called back, at least he should have told them that he couldn't help.
The owner, is willing to do a loan modification with a high interest rate. I would also like to receive a referral fee along with a fee agreement if someone could be of help. I am willing to refer this to someone who is going help this person the best that they could.
I told the guy I would do all I could to help him and if not I would call and let him know but. They are 6 months behind. They have been in the house for only 4 years.

I know of a non profit, charitable, housing help organization whose mission is to assist the financially challenged save their homes from mortgage &/or tax foreclosure, or, if saving the home isn't a feasible alternative, then assists the homeowner with non foreclosure alternatives including preforeclosure sales, preforeclosure short sales, or DIL.
They do not charge the Homeowner.
However, an Investor or Speculator may retain their services to facilitate a short sale by acting as a liaison between the foreclosing mortgagee, the Homeowner, and the Purchaser (Investor or Speculator).
