Ray Sands (Jeff Kaller)Course-DON'T BUY IT!!!

MJR profile photo

Don't bother buying Ray Sands course. All you get is six cheap tapes. Five of them are nothing but a recorded live teleconference with people inquiring about how to buy his course Most questions asked are general RE questions on preforeclosures not related to cold calling. I immediately returned the course. It has been five months and I've yet to see a penny. He ignores my emails and phone calls. I am sure most people are trying to get their money back.

I'm sure there are many "courses" out there that are like that. I would ask around next time before buying one.

Thanks, but he was highly recommended by Jeff Kaller (Mr. Preforeclosure).

HE could also be getting some of the proceeds. Try asking if anyone has it, and how they feel about it.

Ah ye of little faith. Of course you know you are correct. I sometimes think that them that post to TCI should prepare a series of E.Mail Books, sell for $10 each.
Call them "The Modern Book of Real Estate Practices. "

or, "The Collected Anthologys of those that actualy Do.."

Every person newly arrived could beg, borrow or on occasion steal. aka OJT." A copy and do a quick read and be at performance level.

How many time do you read about some apiring REI person who not knowing asks the same questions over and over.

Wow, we could get them to operational level in at least half the time.

Think about it. We could sell red jackets with big targets on them. Special red notebooks marked pre, during, after Foreclosures. You hit the door, ring the bell, and then depending on what is staring at you, then open the oppropriate book. "Hi there er, Miss, Mam or Madam er. Sir, Mister, or Kid."

I know sounds stupid and foolish, but lurking somewhere in that mishmash of words is an idea. Sooo what do you think?

    Lucius the Impaler.
