Quit Claim Question
If I have a signed quit claim deed, is it valid even if not filed? How long do I have to file it?
2nd question, if Ibuy out a foreclosed 2nd and hte homeowners are still in the house and paying the first, am I obligated to immediately inform them that I own the home or can I let them continue to live there unaware they are paying off the mortgage for me and they do not own the home?
I am not the one signing, I will have a qc in my hands from the 2nd mortg
So you are saying that the second mortgagee successfully foreclosed, was issued a Deed, and transferred their interest to you via a QCD?
