Quit Claim Deed
Can anybody give info on quit claim deeds. A county i'm interested in sells the tax lien by quit www.claim.Could this be good or bad on my part.Any info i find on this topic is very plain . Any info would be helpful. thanks! :-o
Talk to that county tax collector and see what info you would get on any RE bought trhrough them.
It might be that they do NO due diligence and don't want to warranty your title, or they actually do get title insurance but stilll only use QC deeds.
