I wanted to know if investors check the public records of everybody on their list before doing the mailings to select the profitable ones or do you just send out the letters to everybody and check the records later? Thanks
While doing all your due diligence and cherry picking the best deals, someone else has already sent them a letter, or called them on the phone, or knocked on their door and gotten the deal.
