Question For Those That Go Door To Door.

I am planning on starting to go door to door trying to buy foreclosures. My partner (who is female) doesn't want to go by herself, which I understand, but she wants to go with me.

My stance is that people will be intimidated when faced with 2 investors instead of one. It will be harder to build trust since we now have 2 people that will need to be trusted instead of one. I also think that maybe there will be a time where we are both thinking something different and one will speak and the other will be lost. I think it would be much easier with one person as opposed to two. She looks at it as twice as much chance to get the deal and i see it as twice as much chance to screw it up.

Does anyone else have any thoughts or feelings on this subject.

I have gone door to door both alone and with another person, and I think the biggest thing to remember is make them comfortable with you whichever way you go. When I go with another person I kind of make it a "dog and pony show" of sorts. I have not had any problems with having two people going door to door but remember its a different situation so it takes a diifferent approach. Just make sure you have good chemistry with the person you are going with and you should be alright.
