Question For The Active Default Buyers.
What are your best methods of getting the deal from the owner - or another way of asking this is, I know you need to contact the owner, what are you best methods of getting in front of the owner to talk business & buy the property. ( letters, go to the door, ????)
2nd question, what do you have to know, before you approach the owner. ( thier contact info, loans/liens, aprox market value to know if its worth pursuing> what else. Thanks in advance, this is an awesome site.
