Question About A Home Foreclosure
I received a phone call from a man who is going to lose his home. He received a notice of foreclosure in February 2005, but he has a year until the foreclosure. He already gave the mortgage company permission to talk to me.
My question.....will the bank be open-minded about "making a deal" with me? I mean I am saving them from a home foreclosure!
Does anybody have experience at this kind of dealing? Thank you for your time!
