Putting Property In Land Trust To Sell...

I haven't closed on my property yet. Here are my questions: Upon closing, do I already have a Land Trust set up? Who do I make the beneficiary? How would that eliminate the my title seasoning issue? Quinn :coolsmile:

    Try taking a course on Land Trust from someone. This can get a little complicated and there are a lot of things you should know
