Iam looking to purchase in Orange and Riverside cnty, job transfer to 55 and the 91 Jct. I would like to use about 55,000 from my IRA.
If any investors have contracts in the area please send message.Something like a lease option to where I can use this amount to cover the whole year of payments, because I stil will keep my home in San Diego.
