Princess Properties
hi. this is my first post. i was wondering in anyone has heard of princess properties based out in pleasanton, ca...i'm a realtor and a client of mine has just invested $20k in their company. princess promises to pay 30% guaranteed in 6months or less. i hope this is true. i read their agreement and it is a very short and simple contract. i too am thinking of investing as a cash investor, but would like my lawyer to review the agreement for any loopholes.
also, i was thinking about joining them, but i spoke with the owner and he comes off kinda rude. how can i find out more about them? now i know i cannot work for two different brokerages at a time, but would they classify as a brokerage? any info would be greatly appreciated. thanks!
