You can do this in any number of ways...subscribe to a published list, go make the list from the courthouse yourself, etc. Make sure you know the foreclosure process for your specific state, i.e. Mortgage vs. deed of trust. All states have both but there's usually a preferred one for each state (i.e. 95% of loans are secured that way)

You can research though a specific lender, find out who is behind on their mortgages, Or go to the sherriff's dept and ask them they are the ones who have to give the notices to people
