Preforeclosure Help

Hi everyone. I need help Im having brain farts. I am a newbie to preforeclosures and I just had someone to call me about they a N.O.D and need help. I told them let me see what I can do. Could anyone please provide some input on the process and forms that I need. All I know from them basically is that the original balance was 99k but the current mortgage is about 65k. Only 1st mortgage. any inputs PLEASE HELP!!! :wow:

    are you dealing with the bank that is foreclosing, or the people in foreclosure?
