Where do I find preforeclosure info and lists of properties that are to be auctioned at the courthouse.

Welcome to our site. You know what? You will find the answer to your question and TONS of info besides if you go to forums and then click search and then enter pre-foreclosure or foreclosure. Why do I answer your question this way?? Because to do the biz you have to stuuuuudddyyy. If you have the drive to get the info you may take the next step--which will probably be ask questions about what you just studied if you're anything like me.
