Pre's Amount Owed To Bank Is Much Morethan The Value Of The Property

1. the house next door to one of my properties is going up at the Sheriff sale next week I contacted the owner but hte amount owed is much more than the actual value of the *there any way I could make a deal with the bank? [ Edited by joeb on Date 11/13/2003 ]

    Unless and/or until the bank owns the property, you'll have to make your 'deal' with the homeowner. If your offer to purchase is less than the amount needed to payoff the loans and taxes... the homeowner can seek short sale consideration... with your help, of course.

    If nothing is done to postpone the Sheriff's Sale, you can bid on it.
