Pre Foreclosures
I recently went to a Robert Allen free seminar, which they want you to take a 3 day class for $2,500. One of the investment ideas was to buy pre foreclosures, can anyone tell me how I would find out about someone at that stage in my area. (St. Louis, Missouri.)

Try going down to your local county courthouse and asking about Notice of Defaulted Mortgage Loan Filings.
These are pre-foreclosures.
Also ask the workers there is your town has a newspaper that these filings a published in (a required of most State's foreclosure laws.)
