  Hello,
  
  The house is located in Person County, just 4 miles from the VA border (2 miles from Lake Mayo). The house was built in 1965 and is a brick ranch with 2000+ finished square footage and a full basement/2car garage. We bought the house for $107,000 two years ago and have put over $10,000 in renovations into the house already. There are hardwood floors throughout and tongue and groove wood walls in the majority of the house. The house originally was a 4bdr and 2 bathroom and we combined the master bath (which was tiny) with the forth bedroom to create a huge master bath with a double stand up shower, walk in closet and a framed out area for a corner Jacuzzi tub. The bathrooms need to be painted and floors need to be finished, the master bath needs sinks and corner tub and the hall bathroom needs a sink, paint and floors finished. The property is located on 2 acres of land that has mature trees and backs to a pasture on 2 sides. We have contacted the bank and attorney for exact payoff numbers and they said it would take a week to get that information (next Wednesday). Please let me know if you have any further questions.
