RALPHN504 profile photo

I was offered a pre-foreclosure list from a court insider (works in the court by where the attorney's fax in their foreclosures and pay in 7 days-but this let's the court start the process-WHAT WOULD THIS LIST BE WORTH PER NAME-she is asking $1,000 per 5 names-with a guarantee the names are no more than 5 days old=BEFORE THE PUBLIC OR NEWSPAPER CAN REVIEW THEM-what do you think this list is worth?

THANKS confused

About 5 to 10 in jail, probably. Illegal or not, I'm sure that she'd lose her job fast if they bosses found out.

I'd stick with the normal name gathering methods, personally. If you do decide to pursue this, I would only pay her a birddog fee of $500 or so, AFTER a deal closes from a lead that she provides.
