Pre-Foreclosure letters

I am a new investor and wonder if any one has some sample contracts. Something I could view as reference.
Thx,
Chris

I am new to this board but I can tell you from other forums that the "netiquitte" rule of thumb is not to ask for contracts that others have often spent big money on.

Why not cough up the $$$ and buy one of the better courses ? Most of them come with "sample" contracts and letters.

You could take that to your attorney if you chose to and get their blessing.

    Good luck!

    Hey Cashuout,

There are tons of downloadable contracts you can simply take to an attorney for their opinion on what you should do...Your contracts should all be State specific for your area of investing.....

You may be able to get this opinion from a free consultation.

Spending a ton of $ on a course with contracts in them doesn't mean they're going to be for your specific State.

    Hope this helps
