    Hi Bigmoney,
If you read everything in the archives and articles when you meet with your new mentor you will have educated questions to ask. This is one of the most challenging areas of crei and I don't think anyone here will walk you through a-z through posts. I don't want to hurt any feelings here, but my favorite teacher in this area would be Bill Twyford---whose posts you will find in the archives. He and his wife Dwan Bent-Twyford do boot camps that I have heard nothing but praise for. They do a short sale/ pre-forc bootcamp---they also have courses here you can purchase.
I strongly suggest, unless you have a lot of re experience that you study all you can for FREE here 1st tho. We all would like to be doing foreclosures but they are challenging---and I've heard one of the teachers here state that they are the most fickle of all the deals---to that I would add the word frustrating---if you let it get to you.
    Just my opinion
    All the best,
    Mel

I've been trying to get into the game here in AZ too and have found it hard to find someone like a mentor. Most seem to want to keep it to themselves and I guess I can't blame them. It's like training someone to take your business away.

Still, you'd thing that there were some that needed things done that they didn't want to do in exchange for some learnin. Haven't found any yet.

Yet it's easy to find other newbies to commiserate with.
