Pre-Forclosure
I started the 15 day Ali Challenge and I cannot find out where to go to find pre-forclosures. I am located in Missouri. Does anybody have any experience with finding pre-forclosed house in Missouri. I talked to the sherieffs office and they do not have a list and either does the county clerk.

Where in Missouri are you based? Judging from your username it is probably St. Louis? If that's the case I'm not helping you because I'm from KC...Just kidding. You need to get a hold of some legal newspapers. Talk to a lawyer about which ones they suggest and get subscriptions. Inside the newspaper they will list out the foreclosures, bankruptcies, and other interesting legal information. You could also talk to JohnMichael. I believe he deals in the St. Louis market. He may have some insight for you.

Your best source to locate pre-foreclosures is at your courthouse, your will want to look up NOD's (notices of default)
