Pre Forclosure Purchase
Hello I have just started to invest in real estate and like the preforclosure market. I would like to go nock on doors and send out postcards but i dont fully understand how to structure the deal if any one could give me an example or help in any other way it would be greatly appreciated.
I'm in the same boat as didomenico. can anyone out there help with this.

I would love to help you out. However, there are just too many ways to do what you're wanting to do and not enought time to explain it all.
All of the information that you need is on this website somewehre. Go to the forums tab at the top and start there.
There are a couple of books that are offered by people that are active on this site. Check them out. Go to your local library and check out some RE books. (There are about a million)
There's just no way that we can explain the whole picture to you in a couple of words.
Please don't take this wrong and think that I'm being flip. I'm giving you the best advice I know.
