Powerlines
Found a great deal but the problem is the powerlines in the backyard, about 100 yards away. Anybody had any problems selling/renting a great house in a great neighborhood with powerlines running through them? Are there still health concerns about the powerlines?
The only problem I have had with this issue is having to sell at a little discount to compensate for the perceived negative of power lines.

Are you talking about high tension power lines? Like the ones were you can literally take a flourescent bulb outside at night and watch it light up or just regular power lines...
Last I heard no health risks were involved with either but who knows for sure
