Power Of Attorney
I have Power of Attorney over a single family house. I am interested in buying it myself or in worse case senerio, sell it. There's a foreclosure pending and I want to offer a short sale. The bank has yet to send me the documents needed to perform this task.
This will be my first and I don't want to make a mistake. Can I get what I need (info & forms) elsewhere?
I bought Ron Legrands short sale course on Ebay for $300. HIs course usually sells for over $500 when you include shipping and handling.
Most CPA's and Attorneys will gladly give you free advise, whoing you will come to them later for services. I would ask one of them. Most forms are available at your local office supply company.
