Possible Probate Deal
I need feedback from investors on a possible probate deal. The property is in a great area, its's a 3/2, 2 car garage, 1808 square feet. I found it on a MLS. It's going for $221k. Homes in that area are going for $320k-$450k. The property is to be sold "AS IS" with no TDS. This property is in California. The Realtor says that I would possibly pay $15k down and pay all closing cost's. Me and the wife are looking for a primary residence as well as a great investment. Do any of you have any Ideas how to approach this? I look forward to any advice I can get on this. Thanks. 8-)
